We are collaborating once again with Hilde @vinternatt.no an amazing Norwegian sauna master to bring you a rejuvenating 4 day mountain retreat with sauna rituals & treatments, wild swims in the fjord, mountain walks, yin yoga, breathwork and delicious food to enrich the soul.

In the mountains, there is a space where the body can rest, the breath expands, and the mind becomes quiet. These rituals and practices offered are about cultivating presence and connecting to your inner sanctuary. Here, there is no right way, no expectations. Just the mountains, your body, your breath, and whatever unfolds when you give yourself the time to slow down and take in the powerful energy of the stunning nature around.

Sauna lover? Sauna Enthusiast? Sauna curious? Want to relax and receive a beautiful experience in nature? Want to learn how to hold a sauna ceremony?

Join us for the 3rd sauna ritual immersion retreat where you will experience the magic of sauna ceremony, immerse yourself in nature and have an opportunity to learn how to deepen your sauna experience & offer a sauna ritual to others should you wish.

We will be creating a space to gather with sauna lovers and sauna curious beings alike, exploring the sauna ceremony, setting intentions, making sauna wishes and offering 1:1 treatments using leaf whisks, hot and cold therapies, herbal infusions and skin treatments.

The sauna is a sacred space to heal in the heat and steam, moving and guiding the steam to deeply release and be held by the sauna spirit. We will forage for leaves, herbs, and flowers learning about their medicinal benefits and create your own whisk, therapeutic treatment, to offer in the sauna ceremony.

Grounding yoga and breathwork practice to relax, forest bathing to soothe the nervous system and invigorating sea dips at Inch beach just a short walk away.
