Enjoy the merging of Cambridge and nature in this refreshing take on what a sauna space can offer. Parking available in the Beehive centre a 2 minute walk from the Skate Warehouse. Entrance at the front though the reception area and find us tucked around the back, away from the road in our own little urban oasis.

High Lodge Thetford Forest
Join us in the forest throughout autumn and winter to escape and free yourself from the hustle and bustle of the city, listen to the birds sing and bathe among these luscious, ancient trees. From the A11 take the B1107 towards Brandon and look for signs to the High Lodge entrance on your left. Enjoy Heal Saunas with our invigorating cold plunge at this gorgeous location. To find us just follow the signs or ask at the information point once you’ve parked up in the car park on site. There is a café on site and walking and cycling trails also available.
