Parking available in the Beehive centre just a 2 minute walk from the sauna space. Entrance via the side of the indoor skatepark building, follow the Heal Saunas signs and find us tucked around the back of the skatepark, away from the road in our own little sauna retreat.

High Lodge Thetford Forest
Join us in the forest for some pop up dates in the winter months to escape and retreat into nature, listen to the birds sing and bathe among the ancient trees.
From the A11 take the B1107 towards Brandon and look for signs to the High Lodge entrance on your left. Enjoy Heal Saunas embedded in nature at this gorgeous location.
To find us just follow the signs or ask at the information point once you’ve parked up in the car park on site. There is a café on site and walking and cycling trails also available.
