Parking available in the carpark of the pub, we are located in the garden area around the back.

High Lodge Thetford Forest
Join us in the forest for quarterly retreat days to immerse yourself in nature, listen to the birds sing and sauna bathe among the ancient trees.
From the A11 take the B1107 towards Brandon and look for signs to the High Lodge entrance on your left. Enjoy Heal Saunas embedded in nature at this gorgeous location.
To find us just follow the signs or ask at the information point once you’ve parked up in the car park on site. There is a café on site and walking and cycling trails also available.
