We are located in Cambridge at The Plough in Coton. A woodfired sauna oasis with cold shower, cold plunge & bath, fire pit and cosy seated spaces.

Connect with our wonderful community of sauna bathers and take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy the merging of Cambridge and nature in this refreshing take on what a sauna space can offer, surrounded by towering trees overlooking a meadow of horses where you can spot the wildlife that lives around us.

Take the time to slow down at Heal Saunas as we welcome you into our little corner of nature, allow the deep heat of the Scandinavian style woodfired sauna to envelop you as you feel your body & mind relax.

Parking available in the designated carpark, we are located at the very top of the property, on arrival drive around the back of the pub, straight up through the carpark and follow the sign for the sauna, head towards the trees, you can’t miss us!
